Gilbert truly executed World Class Service in the purchase of our third home!  Hands down our greatest experience.  We didn’t provide Gilbert with an easy transaction.  Since this was our 3^rd home, our wish list was extensive, and location was a must in Phillips Ranch.  To add a little more complexity we purchased during a hot seller’s market with little inventory.  However, Gilbert’s knowledge, attentiveness, and quick response made this transaction seamless and stress free.  His strong negotiations and outlook for us resulted in purchasing below our max budget.  Gilbert provides what all want; someone with integrity, competence, execution, value for your money, and someone you can trust.  He is truly a trusted advisor.
