Country Road

Sitting between Lambert Road and State College Boulevard, the Country Road community holds a variety of home styles, including single-family homes to attached homes with square footage in the range of 860-1960 and bedrooms from 2-3. The 386 homes in this community were constructed by Ponderosa Homes from 1972 till 1976. With a collection of styles from traditional to contemporary, these homes have an assortment of amenities on the inside of each property and on the outside as well with professionally landscaped and designed backyards. The Country Road Homeowner's Association also offers a clubhouse complete with kitchen, fireplace and conversation area.  There are two pools (one is adult-only), a spa, and a wading pool for smaller children. The main pool has an acre of fenced-in common area with BBQ, greenbelt, and shade trees. There is onsite management and maintenance. This community also is within the Brea-Olinda Unified School District which hosts a multitude of award-winning schools including Brea Junior High and Brea-Olinda High School.
