Eagle Hills

Between Lambert and Birch Streets sits the tight-knit community of Eagle Hills made popular from its extravagant, tract-wide, Christmas Light display. The entire community participates in this tradition to transform the Eagle Hills neighboorhood into a large-scale, family friendly, light show for all of Brea and surrounding cities to enjoy. The 192 homes a part of this community were built between 1978 and 1983 by Walter Gayner. The floor plans range from 2540-4000 square feet and 4-5 bedrooms each. Eagle Hills is also a short distance from many popular and award-winning schools such as Olinda Elementary School, Brea Junior High, Brea Canyon High School, Carbon Canyon Christian School, St. Angela Merici Elementary School, and Brea United Methodist Preschool.
